Tracking your shipment

Did you know that you can add tracking information to your shipment confirmation mail to your customer? You must just remember that for it to be included in the email correctly you need to add both the tracking number and the URL at which the customer can track the order.  If you add both this works fine (and there's not really any point in having either one without the other.)

You add this information on the respective order page - after the order has been processed to shipment.

Shopstar does not ship / package / handle your products. We find that our clients have such unique products and prefer to be in control of this process. We can however recommend Dawn Wing, Courier It and The Courier Guy. Give them a ring and see what they can offer you depending on the nature of your product.
