You can choose wheather you would like to display all of your available shipping options to customers, before they have entered their shipping details.
To enable or disable this information being displayed, simply navigate to:
Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping Options
You will see the screen below:
When the option to show available shipping options is enabled, the green block below will be shown during checkout.
To hide it, simply untick the checkbox and it will not be shown anymore.
